We didn't want to leave, would be happy to recommend. The staff was amiable, the breakfast was absolutely superb, everything was exceptional. The location of the property was excellent, far to the south bay. What's more, it was close to the North Beach, town or beach area and the North end of Scarborough.

My stay here was perfect. Everything was superb from the excellent service to the amazing food. A nice size and well laid out rooms with homemade cake, good facilities, as for instance, felt like home. The restaurant was good, and the staff very amiable.

Absolutely great and lovely accommodation with DECENT setting so close to Peasholm Park which is lovely for a walk around and is in easy reach of both north and south bays and the north & south bay's. The place was clean and we loved standard twin room. The continental breakfast was unusual and delicious with yogurts, home made yoghurts and award winning sausages. The location was perfect for walking around a landscaped park. The hotel was in a domestic area, adjacent to cinema, pubs and Near north bay/peasholm park. In general the service was great. Besides, we parked the car nearby.
